These are updates and answers to questions we have received regarding the General Contractor RFP for Little Wings Early Learning Academy. If your question is not addressed below, please submit it here:

  • Revision to Selection Criteria - 9/23/24

    The Selection and Criteria Process section of the RFP has been revised to include the following new item 3.a.iv:

    iv.  Include an allowance of $187,000 for floor finishes (including wall and floor tile) in your cost estimate.

  • Site Visits - 9/25/24
