1. Identify the occupation(s) you need skilled workers in.
We currently offer programs for four occupations:
Machinist

2. Work with our team to identify the skills and additional training your workers need.
In addition to the apprenticeship standards that are approved by L&I, we will customize the training and coursework so that when apprentices graduate to journey-level workers, they have exactly the skills and knowledge that your business needs.
3. We set up your apprenticeship program with WA L&I and we manage the apprenticeship program for you.
In addition, we will:
Help you identify and train mentors, so your incumbent workers can transfer their skills to new workers.
Provide access to our library of world-class education, training materials, and subject matter experts to augment your on-the-job training.
Assist you with paperwork, reporting, forms, and other required documentation so you can focus on your business.
