Adam Grim

DEPUTY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

As Deputy Executive Director, Adam provides leadership and oversight to ensure MI programs deliver world class training and instruction that align with the workforce needs for advanced manufacturing in Washington state.

Drawing on a background in business leadership and human resources management in the manufacturing industry, Adam brings expertise in workforce development and employee engagement to the Machinists Institute. Having served on advisory boards for educational institutions as well as building a machining internship program while HR Director at Machinists Inc, Adam combines many different passions that are uniquely combined to help the Machinists Institute deliver exceptional and life changing instruction to students across the entire state of Washington.

While not working, Adam enjoys adventuring with his son, playing soccer, international travel and anything outdoors from skiing, snowshoeing, hiking and camping.
