Joe worked at the Boeing Company for 12 years where he held a variety of positions from Tube Bending Machine Operator to Supplier Quality Assurance Investigator. His last position at Boeing before transitioning to Machinists Institute was Union Steward for IAM 751, Quality Assurance Inspector and team leader at the Everett Factory Composite Wing Center. Joe found great fulfillment in training new inspectors and Advocating for the members he served. While away from work, Joe’s free time is filled with his energetic 5 year old daughter. Joe’s wife and daughter also love to go on spontaneous adventures.
