BOEING PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Kim is the Boeing Program Director at the Machinist Institute where he oversees the Boeing Mentorship Program and other Boeing related projects. Kim’s leadership skills and extensive experience in aerospace empower retired Boeing employees to return as part time contractors and pass on their knowledge to the current workforce.

Kim was employed at the Boeing company for 26 years where he started as an In-tank Wing Mechanic. 13 years later he became a Quality Inspector.

When Kim is not working, he enjoys his time with his wife and their 2 dogs and also enjoys cooking.
